Use Chase 36 to learn, not to game the system.

These terms govern access to the Chase 36 web application. A parent or guardian must review them for a minor who cannot legally agree on their own.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, use only an account you are authorized to access, and protect your sign-in credentials. Access may be invite-only or otherwise limited. A parent or guardian must consent where required for a minor.

Educational purpose

Chase 36 provides independent practice, estimates, explanations, planning, and AI-assisted tutoring. It does not guarantee admission, a score increase, a specific ACT score, or an official testing outcome. Estimated scores and AI feedback can be wrong and should be treated as guidance.

Acceptable use

You may not share accounts, automate answers, manipulate coins or XP, scrape question libraries, probe other users’ data, bypass access controls, interfere with timers or scoring, upload malicious code, harass other users, or use Chase 36 to violate law or another person’s rights.

Friend features are for people the student actually knows. There is no permission to use friend codes, referrals, or challenges for spam, impersonation, commercial solicitation, or stranger discovery.

Original content and trademarks

Chase 36 practice content is generated or authored to train ACT-style skills without reproducing official test questions. You may use content for your personal study but may not republish, sell, create a competing question bank from, or systematically extract it.

AI features

AI-generated questions, explanations, plans, classifications, and tutor messages may contain errors. Chase 36 applies validation and moderation controls, but students remain responsible for checking important information and reporting questionable content. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or be removed. Sections with insufficient verified content may be unavailable rather than serving partial or low-integrity tests. Maintenance, provider failures, connectivity, or security incidents can interrupt access.

Suspension and termination

Chase 36 may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, fraud, unauthorized automation, harmful conduct, or material violation of these terms. Users can delete their account from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

Chase 36 is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Educational estimates, generated content, and service availability are not warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Chase 36 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
